Warm refuge opening onto a garden and the sea

Prepare for a social situation, step by step.

Auna helps you write down what is coming, choose a small action, and compare what you feared with what happened afterwards.

In development for Android. No public download or announced date.

A meeting

Meeting someone

Making a call

Asking for something

Auna supports you without measuring your worth.

It does not ask anxiety to disappear. It helps you choose a meaningful action and observe what really happens.

Prepare

Name the situation and what matters to you.

You can also record what you fear may happen without treating it as fact.

Try

Design a small, voluntary experiment.

Expected intensity, avoidance, and safety behaviors are optional details.

Observe

Compare the prediction with facts.

Record what happened, what you learned, and a possible next step.

Auna guided step for choosing a situation

One question at a time.

The process has four steps, but the screen only shows what is needed now. You can stop, go back, and leave optional fields blank.

“What situation would you like to prepare for?”

Your first choice can be as concrete as speaking in a meeting, meeting someone, making a call, or asking for something you need.

From anticipated fear to what you observed.

Auna separates predictions from facts so a feeling does not become a verdict.

Before“They will notice my voice and think I do not know what I am talking about.”Prediction, not a conclusion
After“My voice shook at first, and I finished my point.”Observable fact

A recognizable approach with clear limits.

Auna draws on elements used in cognitive behavioral therapy for social anxiety, such as behavioral experiments and gradual exposure. The app does not turn that origin into a treatment claim.

You can stop whenever you want.

Auna does not diagnose, treat, or provide emergency care. If a difficulty causes serious impairment or there is immediate danger, seek professional help or local emergency services.

Before using Auna

Understand who it supports, what it records, and where its role ends.

Who is Auna for?

For people who anticipate blushing, sweating, trembling, or an unsteady voice in social situations and want to prepare a chosen action gradually and privately.

Does Auna treat social anxiety?

No. Auna is an educational self-recording tool. It does not diagnose, treat, cure, or replace professional care.

When can I install it?

The Android app is in development. There is no public download or announced release date yet.

Prepare. Try. Observe.

Auna is coming to Android. We will announce availability when there is a real public download.
