# Auna
Auna is a Spanish-language Android app in preparation for people who anticipate blushing, sweating, trembling or an insecure voice in social situations. It asks one question at a time and can record the chosen situation, a meaningful action, a feared prediction, avoidance or safety behaviours, optional subjective intensity, observable events, learning and a next step. The experience is gradual, voluntary and non-gamified.
Auna is informed by recognised cognitive behavioural concepts such as behavioural experiments and gradual exposure. It does not diagnose, treat, cure or replace professional or emergency support. There is no public download or announced release date.
